Raymond Innocent Ogbo / Full-stack developer
Raymond Innocent Ogbo Port Harcourt, Nigeria

I build web and mobile products — front to back.

Introduction

I'm a full-stack developer and AI researcher. React and React Native on the front, Node, Express, PHP and Laravel behind them. Two of my products are live right now: CrescoDB, a backend-as-a-service that generates an API, auth and storage from a single schema, and Cresco AI, an AI growth platform for African businesses.

Selected work

Eleven products I designed and built.

Two live products, plus dashboards, a storefront and publishing platforms. Hover a title to preview it; the marked ones are online now.

  1. CrescoDB — the backend that builds itself

A local-first backend-as-a-service. One command gives you a database, a full REST API, auth with roles, file storage, realtime and an AI agent that writes the code — generated from a single schema. SQLite locally, Postgres or MySQL in production, no rewrite in between. Currently in private beta.

Built with Node · REST · SQLite / Postgres / MySQL · JWT

  2. Cresco AI — Africa's AI growth platform

An AI growth platform for African businesses: generate campaign content and automate WhatsApp customer conversations from one dashboard, with models tuned for local market voice. Six AI tools, 24/7 reply automation. React SPA on Vercel, wired into the Meta / WhatsApp Business API.

Built with React · Vite · Meta / WhatsApp API · Vercel

  3. True Blue customer dashboard showing total deliveries, average rating and package updates

Customer dashboard for a Nigerian parcel courier — booking, live tracking, rider ratings, pickup points and delivery history in one view.

Built with HTML · CSS · JavaScript

  4. Loop AI landing page reading Create Fearlessly, Powered by AI, Inspired by Africa

An AI scripting and ideation tool for African creators, tuned to local voice rather than the generic default every other tool ships with.

Built with JavaScript · Language models

  5. NYSC 2.0 landing page with a corps member dashboard shown on desktop and mobile

A platform for Nigerian corps members: days served, clearance dates, CDS reports and opportunities across all 36 states, on desktop and mobile.

Built with HTML · CSS · JavaScript

  6. Style Hub dashboard showing monthly earnings, bookings, ratings and upcoming appointments

A business dashboard for independent stylists — bookings, clients, earnings, lookbooks and payments, so a one-person business runs from one screen.

Built with HTML · CSS · JavaScript

  7. Fashion Hova storefront showing a winter collection lookbook with shoppable items

A clothing store built around lookbooks instead of a product grid — shop-the-look panels, category navigation, search, wishlist and a running cart.

Built with HTML · CSS · JavaScript

  8. Blogge homepage with a featured article, article list and trending topics sidebar

A blogging platform with authored articles, categories, a trending sidebar and reader sign-in — server-rendered, built without a CMS.

Built with PHP · MySQL · CSS

  9. Vloggy publishing site homepage

A vlog and blog publishing site with post management for the author and a clean reader-facing feed on the front end.

Built with PHP · MySQL · JavaScript

  10. Cather catering website hero with booking and quote request calls to action

Marketing and booking site for a catering company — services, quote requests and enquiry handling, built to turn visitors into booked events.

Built with HTML · CSS · JavaScript

  11. Todo.io task manager with sidebar navigation and active, completed and all filters

A task manager with accounts, add and edit flows, and active / completed / all filtering. Small on purpose — a clean exercise in state handling.

Built with HTML · CSS · JavaScript

Profile

Building since 2023, from Port Harcourt.

Most of my work lives between a client's idea and something people can actually use.

That usually means writing the interface, the API and the database schema behind it, then being the person who cares whether the page still loads on a mid-range Android phone on a slow connection — not just on the laptop it was designed on.

I started at Webcapz Technologies in 2023 and learned the foundations there. Everything since has come from building: Laravel and PHP for server-rendered work, Node and Express when the front end wants an API to talk to, and React and React Native when a project needs a real application rather than a website.

The research half is genuine curiosity rather than a job title. I spend time on language models and applied machine learning — specifically on how badly they handle contexts that barely appear in their training data. Loop AI came directly out of that: a writing tool built for Nigerian creators instead of one that treats them as an edge case.

If you're building something and want a developer who'll ask why before asking how, that's the part of this job I like most.

How I work

What I take on.

01

Product build

A site or app from nothing — interface, server, database, deployment. I'd rather ship something that works on a three-year-old Android phone than something that only photographs well.

02

Back end & APIs

Node and Express, or PHP and Laravel where server-rendering makes more sense. Authentication, data models and REST APIs designed to be integrated with rather than worked around.

03

Mobile with React Native

One codebase for iOS and Android, for when hiring two native teams isn't the right call and a web wrapper isn't good enough.

04

Performance & search

Page weight, image budgets, database queries and on-page SEO. The unglamorous work that decides whether a site loads on a slow connection and whether anyone finds it.
